Wondering if anyone has run into any stores in Toronto Canada that have some of the rarer items similar to lineups from Xoxide and Frozencpu in the US. To date here are the stores I have found:
__________________Canada Computers (7 stores, excellent pricing, decent selection but mostly mainstream components) You can check stock online at any of their stores in Toronto which is nice. http://www.canadacomputers.com/ Bigfoot Computers (1 store, tiny but do mostly online business. They are downtown and a bugger to get to but carry many items. High pricing, however) http://www.bigfootcomputers.com/index.php TigerDirect (1 store in Toronto, high prices and almost no stock at the store level, again mostly an online store but you'd think with their huge retail location that they could stock a bit more variety of items.) http://www.tigerdirect.ca/indexca.asp? These are all companies that have retail storefronts in Toronto. I'm not a big fan of online ordering as when I decide to buy something, I want to get it ASAP. Does anyone in Toronto know of any other stores specializing in custom parts or rare accessories that also have a storefront?

Are you looking for something specific? Unfortunately there isn't many options in TO.

No kidding. Its not so much specific stuff. I guess I'm a bit of an impulse buyer. I see really interesting items on US websites and would like to see them in a store. Web images often don't do items justice. Also, I'm busier than a one armed wall paperer with work and family, so when I have time to shop, it's interesting to go and browse latest and greatest at stores. I bought my thermaltake armor and antec super lanboy cases only after seeing them on display in a store. I wouldn't have spent $200 and $100 respectively without kicking the tires, so to speak.
__________________Canada Computers is decent is this regard but less common components, they don't keep. I am looking for 2 of the Zalman VF-700CU-LED fans to replace the non-led ones in my main rig (and moving down the non led versions to my rig two and my cousins rig). I'm also looking for the Thermaltake ICage (2 of them to replace the coolermaster cages I'm using in the armor). I found blue led feet and mounted them on the antec (they look pretty spiffy) but had to drive downtown to Bigfoot after special ordering them. Sigh, its times like these that living in a city with 5,000,000 people still feels like the boonies.
