Default LED resistor help?

Ya, I have these LED's on the way, but I was told that I need
to have resistor's hooked up to regulate the power...

Can anyone tell me if that guys was pulling my chain...
Or give me a link to the resistor?

It says theyre 5 V leds which means youd just take power off the 5v rail of your psu. I've never used them before but they do sell molex to led wires. It converts a molex to a tiny black 2 pin connector but you'd need one for EVERY led

I cant go to far into it, becuase I dont want to break the Rules
for the "Case Mod Comp."

But I am going to be using them to light up 6 different areas in the case...

hmmm. since they are 5V you can run one of the 5V rail. Wire in paralel to run multiple LEDs off the same wire.

Wrong, they are 3.3 v leds... you need a 470 ohm resistor and run them off of your 12v rail. That 5v reading you read is not what you refere to when powering your led setup

Ok those are not 5v, that's the reverse voltage, whatever it means.
It's 3.50v, and you will need resistors, unless you hook 4 of them in series and connect them to your 12v wire.
