make custom light and fan controllers to fit into the 5 and a quarter bin or the 3 and a half bin in cases. The wiring is easy and parts are available for a nominal fee.

I've got a good one...
I've got an Arctic Web TEC water block, and it needs a new mount so that it can fit on a LGA1366 socket (its only got LGA775/AM2 mounts). Its a very simple piece, its just that metal bracket you see with all the holes in it in the picture underneath. If you can make one just like it but with holes for LGA1366 as well, I can stick it in my scanner and send you the exact dimensions of it. Also, if its not too much, that block could also use a copper top (its currently half Al half Cu, which as you probably know is really bad in a WC loop).

Good God! Lots of stuff to digest here. I'll post up tomorrow with some replies but for now I need some sleep. I think I'll have plenty to do now...

Definitely radiator grills. The ones companies sell are like 30$ each. I'm sure a lot of people are looking for some on the cheap, and they should be fairly easy to make. I have no experience whatsoever in those programs though.
