120mm Fan Shrouds with unique features
140mm Same

Also buy one Case.. Like a Lian Li PC-A05B and cut a really awesome design in it. Sell it but make sure that the person that your selling to send thier case door to you. Then you have a unlimited supply of material. And really good paying jobs. I would ask 80.00 at least for the first one to cover the expence of the first case.
Good thoughts, but I don't want to do a production run.

If you can make one just like it but with holes for LGA1366 as well, I can stick it in my scanner and send you the exact dimensions of it.

Also, if its not too much, that block could also use a copper top (its currently half Al half Cu, which as you probably know is really bad in a WC loop).

Maybe. I'd need exact dimensions.

Somebody give me some dimensions and a drawing. This sound like a good lathe project

Wow, that's alot of interest. I'll definitely be busy now...

I'd like a 200-300% aluminum replica of an Athlon CPU, you know, the ones with the bare core and rubber bumpers?

Why yes, yes it could. However I think those games are the , so I'm going to pass on making that. But yes, if you guys have a logo like Skyline just put up, they are stupid easy to make on the waterjet.

EDIT: @timw4mail All those pins on the underside terrify me. That would be pretty much impossible minus having, well, I don't know. The top side would be pretty simple, but all those pins on the underside. That's the stuff of nightmares.

I dice/ln2 pot would be awesome, but I would be quite happy if I could get my username waterjetted out of a piece of aluminum or something. I have been using this name for a long long time.

Or maybe you could waterjet a bunch of ocn logos out of a sheet of aluminum for some of the case modders around here

to what you are doing, it is very nice of you. I wish I had the kind of equipment access you have!

I was thinking more for folders than for case modders, but yeah, close enough.

What about a folding @ home logo? That would be pretty cool imo.

Maybe like the "I fold for Overclock.net" logo below the rep button, just bigger (I cant seem to find a large version of that anywhere). It could maybe be the overall outer shape cut, to be painted like the logo. Or maybe that with some of the inner parts cut to retain the circles without the piece having to be painted to get the logo across.

I wouldn't have time to do all the colors on it. The flame would be a much easier and cooler cutout, plus, no colors involved.
