Default What do I need for side panel?

Mainly targeted towards the casemodders who have been doin it for some time but I just wanna know what I'll need to windowmod my CM690. As in links to the items please because I'm just completely clueless. Thanks a lot for hte help guys.

plexi
dremel
double sided tape

u channel (spelling?)

EDIT: oh and painters tape

so you can cover the thing without damaging the paint job

Not to be a nuissance, but could you link me to a specific dremel. Also, would I cover the entire side panel with painters tape, then start cutting?

BINGO!!! Except that a jigsaw can be used also. You want that duble sided tape that is red. It holds stronger.

Couldn't I use glue or bolts to hold the acryllic on?

whats your price range for a dremle
you can get one for 30 bucks and you can get one for 100 bucks
I got a cheap one from Target for 40 bucks
it dose the job

and yah like bobfig said a jigsaw as well

to make the incision and then cut the rest with the dremel


and yes cover the whole thing with painters tape

Will the cheapest dremels do the job? If so, that would be all I need.

If you are making a side panel from scratch I have a laser engravercutting machine that can cut it to exact dimensions, I have 1/8" acrylic. You can even add fan holes or cutout letters or laser etch a design. PM me if you are interested
