Before you start, make sure you controller can take the combined wattage from the 4 fans on a single rail.
Cut 3 out of 4 red wires and make them one and put some heatshrink around. Do the same for the black wires. Now you should end up with a single plug for 4 fans.

Controlling 6 fans with a 6 fan Zalman controller with no problems.
![]() Now to just reduce the air resistance, cutting the stock grills maybe?

Im using Four of these connected to this using two of these. Everything works great, it is much better than the stock 230mm fan.

I use a Vantec Nexus NXP-205 fan controller which controls 4 fans and allows 18w per channel so is fine for most fans. Best thing is that it fits in a floppy bay instead of 5.25 bays.
