well, my psu blew up yesterday, so while the new ones in the mail, i'm gonna redo my case. i was thinking plasti-dip the inside. i've already looked through a few of the threads about it here, but have yet to find a definitive answer to this question. can you prime before coating with plasti-dip? does it work, and if it does, does it help the peeling that some people have been noticing? is there a specific kind that i should look for? sorry if this has been answered before, but i couldn't find it. thanks for any info

plasti-dip makes a pimer for the plasti-dip. So i would just stick with that.

This or I would just sand and go. After sanding it should be good enough for it to stick to it forever.

Having just a little recent experience with plastidip, I used no primer, but didn't know plastidip made a primer. I only experienced a little peeling on edges where the plastidip didn't go around the edge fully. the main face(s) has been fine.
