I have been sitting here struggling with this kit for the past 2 hours and have gotten a total of 2 cables sleeved... One is a sata power cable and the other the 24 pin mobo power cable... Anyone else used this kit and had problems with it?

Sleeving cables is not difficult - specially with the PET sleeving you are using. No offense intended, but I think it's user error. Are you at least taking off the plugs before sleeving?

That's the part I am having trouble with... Not the sleeving... Getting to the sleeving is the hard part... This kit is horrible... The tool that the kit recommends to use for 6 pin aux power cables wouldn't ever work in my wildest imagination... Instead of it being two prongs that go along side the crimp-on to push in the two fins that hold it in the plug, it is a single prong... How the **** is that supposed to work? There is a tool like the one I just described with two prongs but it barely fits in the plug in the first ****ing place. This kit sucks.
Link to the kit and what they recommend to use for what. http://www.sunbeamtech.com/PRODUCTS/...OOL%20KIT.html

No need for anything else. Best money spent on a tool for my PC ever. I just extract one wire at a time and keep track of their placement in the plug for reassembly. There are sleeving entries in both of my project work logs (links in signature).

Then you are doing something wrong... I have edited my post above so reread it as I think I answered at least one of your questions/issues.

I shove it all the way in then pull it out a slight bit and wiggle it to see if it comes out... To be honest I got so pissed off a few times I just ripped the damn thing out and bent the pins back.
It almost seems like the made the 2 prong tool too thick to fit into the pins.

IMO they are too skinny on the sides and too thick height wise

If you are talking about ATX plugs, then you need to push the wire into the plug as you push the two-pronged tool around the outside of the pin. If the wire isn't pushed in all the way when you push down the tool then the wings won't be pushed far enough in. The tool needs to be tight or it won't push the wings in.
