Hi Guys I haven't done any case modding before but I'm wondering if I could pick up a really cheap beige case of trade me and then cut a window and cut some holes for some antec tri-cools then paint it and then sell it on trade me to make a profit
do you guys think I could pull it of and what tools would I need to do it

Considering where you live, I doubt it. Shipping costs would be a PITA, the market isn't big enough either for custom stuff imo. To make it you have to be REALLY good and do some really nifty stuff.

Case Modding has got to be something you absolutely love doing. No one is going to pay you for the time and effort you put in to a case...just on the final product. So - especially when starting out - you will spend countless man hours to produce a final product that only sells for a marginally better price than the stock one sells for.
You may be able to make some EXTRA money on the side...but I doubt anything serious enough to call income.
