Default Help, need way to install fan filters

Is there an easy way to incorporate fan filters with minimum unscrewing and screwing stuff for the 2 front intakes of my Antec 900?

i dont know how the 900 looks but my 902 you just unscrew the thumbscrews on both sides and pull the cage out about an inch and you just slide the filter in
