if you hook em to 12v a couple of 470ohm 1/4watt resistors wouldnt hurt i havent found a cheap reseller, but i get my led orders with them anyways :P

i usuallly get mine from a hong kong dealer but my friend bought his set of blue led's from that reseller

I changed out my LED's for these blue ones all you have to do is make sure you have LED's that have the same voltage as each other check in my sig for pics
