Meet BumbleBee. My Transformer Build 0006

Every time I have a kid come to my house I ask them if they know who that is. They immediately say BumbleBee from the Transformers. Yes for the kids they know this case instantly. I had one kid run into my work area and scream out. BumbleBee!!!. So I guess I got the look I was after. BumbleBee is a Retro Build. He is like the old Camaro from the movie. He has an old 3.4 Ghz P4 and other retro parts but he is still fast. BumbleBee will be given away to the Student with the Highest Marks in my Sunday School class at the end of this year. What an incentive to pay attention at Church.




YES. Those stripes are Painted on. I loved doing this case. BTW Little stripes first and then the big ones two days later and then buff the heck out of everything for about a half a day.






BumbleBee is a retro all the way.

Body Painted with Grey bumper paint from Advance Auto. The Red, Orange and the Yellow Paint also are auto Duplicolors and they are Chevy and Dodge colors as well. All parts of case was torn down to the last rivet and then painted and reassembled with lots of hours of work



Those two 80 mm Server fans are quad colored. Red, Orange, Yellow, and White in the very center to give it an overheated Jet Engine at full thrust look. This thing is a wind machine and believe it or not Not very Noisy. But Mom will still be able to tell if it's on after lights out from the air coming out from under the crack at the bottom of the door.

Terrible Picture of a Panaflo 93 CFM Server fan in the front.



This bad boy double thick Video card rated a total of 2790 on 3dMark06


RoseWill Z CPU cooler Its rated for the 3.4 Ghz. P4 but she still runs at 51 C at idle.

BumbleBee is a little shy la bo when it comes to showing off his Wireless Antenna. I keep telling him that Size doesn't matter but he still wants a bigger one. Go Figure?
