how did they get them to light up like that?

it looks like it might be something like acryllic with leds inserted in the back?

i looks too bright for uv lighting...

a nice look, worth a try if anyone knows how

im guessing its led inside of some kind of encasing or something like that but i wouldnt know its just my 2cents

Those are solid states inside a casing with frosted pieces that have blue LED's behind them.
