I picked up a nice set at Fry's last Friday, included a couple of "saw"-like wheels, one for metal, as well as 5 very large reinforced cutting wheels.

Biggest tips I could give (or re-enforce) -
-Buy brand name re-enforced cutting discs -Save worn discs for detail work -Let the Dremel tool do the work, letting the cutting disc "sink" into the metal without forcing -For curve cutting, use the roundness of the cutting disc

to be honest, if youre cutting a hole, you'd be better off with a bi-metal holesaw (if you want the hole perfectly round). If you have a power drill then you could pick up a 4.5" bi-metal holesaw for it, but youll need the arbor that goes with it, and I'd recommend some cutting fluid on the teeth before cutting. I don't know what your budget is like tho.

I feel like the dremel would be easier for me and more cost effective.
