and want to know 1 thing before i start...
after i cut holes in my antec 900 for cable management, i want to put a fan on the bottom and have it blow air upwards, i've seen it done on many cases, but how does one go about doing so? and also, what kinda sand paper should i use, i want to paint the interior black, will be using primer and glossy black paint.

By using a hole saw.
http://www.amazon.com/MK-Morse-AV56-..._ob_hi_title_0 3½ for an 80mm fan, 4½ for a 120mm fan, i'm not sure about a 92mm fan. You can use a 120-180 grit sandpaper, it you want ti real smooth, go higher.

Aick, I would do as neDav has suggested with the hole saw as that would be your best option and would look the cleanest and you could use edge trimming to finish it off.
You could use some fine grit sandpaper but i find a scotchbrite pad will work also as it gives the surface just enough ruffing up to get the primer to bite the surface. Painting the interior of the case, use several very light coats and let dry 20/30 minutes between coats and let the final coat set up for 24/48 hours before installing your goodies. GL and have fun doing it!
