Okay, these are barely over a month old, and they just started flickering a few days ago. They'll be full brightness some of the time, and dim some of the time. And they'll just flicker intermittently. Are they seriously failing already? Thanks

is the molex connector that your using under a lot of stress? try a different molex connector see if that fixes the issue.

test the connections, if that dosent work try returning them it might be you got bad bulbs.....

note just thought of this, if your psu stable?
