IMO 4.5" (114mm) hole saws work better then the 127mm ones.

theres no way around it,buy a bi metal hole saw.dewalt,or anthor good name brand.comes out to about 40 bucks a hole lol

115mm is the standard size hole for 120mm fans. Personally 127mm would be way too big and not only look funny but also decrease the effectiveness of the fan as it will draw air through the gaps on the sides and keep recirculating it thus reducing the overall airflow rate.
