I have am planning a watercooling setup (finally) for my rig. I purchased a LianLi PC-77 case a while back when I first got the idea of watercooling. Now I'm following through with that plan but I need some help with the case mods.
I am going to mount one radiator below the top panel with the help of a 3x120 rad grill (either an AC Ryan or one of iandh's StealthGrills) but I would like to mount another one in the front but I don't know how to go about making the brackets to mount it. Should I go with some kind of sheet metal (and where could I buy sheet metal) or should I go with acrylic which I know how to work with but is relatively expensive? And how should I even make the mounts? some type of custom "L" bracket or an entire one-piece bracket? As for the window, should I be fine cutting out an opening with a dremel (I have various cutoff wheels) and using a FrozenCPU window kit? If not a dremel, what? It may worth noting that I have some experience cutting up cases with dremels and I also have a jigsaw (that works most of the time )The only thing I am really worried about is the window and front radiator. I also want to see if I can make some kind of fan mount/duct to mount a fan in the back (where a hard drive cage normally goes). And as for my hard drives, I plan on mounting them with Scythe stabilizers or simply suspending them in the 5.25" bays.

i've been told to go the jigsaw route to cut the window
but a dremel should work too, especially if you have some experience under your belt with it (about to be cutting one myself so i can't tell you first hand yet

I'm not sure if you have the PC-A77B or the PC-A77, but Performance PCs does sell windowed side panels for your case, in the off-chance you'd rather purchase a window as opposed to cutting it yourself.
PC-A77B (black) Windows: Option 1 (this is the only one of the three with the option for fan holes pre-drilled) Option 2 PC-A77 (silver) Windows: Option 1

I think putting in a side window myself would be nice, but that panel is so sleek and professional looking. I honestly think I'm going to go with the second one (fanless) but I'll have to think about it.

For mounting a rad in the front you could make your own or just pony up and buy a set of (UN)Designs brackets.
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=26190 Click on the picture and look at pics 2,3,4 to see how they work. I have one of their pump mounts. I love it.

Seeing those brackets made me think, why not just go to the hardware store, buy some premade "L" brackets without holes and drill them, then paint them black.
