I wish I could tell you better but I know for a fact that the antec 902 has 4 led fans including the 200 mm on top. Personally I would just buy new fans and not go risking breaking one.

You could just replace it with any fans you want but I would get a fan controller because I'm not sure if you would be able to use the controls that are currently in the antec 900.

Here is a picture of one of the front fans on the antec 902, im sure you can just take it out and replace it with another 120 mm

Any 120mm, 25mm deep, fan will work, but not all fans are created equal - make sure you don't get something loud..
