should a top mounted rad be intaking air from the outside or exhausting it from the case?

intaking would probably be best for temps of the water, just wanna see what u guys have to say

exhausting it, you would want hot hair from ur rad to exit your casing rather than blowing it in which would bring the heat back in to your case and require unnecessary cooling would be required. =)

Although it wouldn't be much of a difference i guess.

Fron experience and having tried both, it made no difference to either water temps or anything else in the case.

There is a very little difference between the temperature of the air before and afterpassing through a radiator.
