SATA burners are quite cheap. Especially DVD ones.
But if you insist, here's the one I have. Hope you like it.

Looks ok, You could hide those wires if you really wanted to, just got to use your imagination.
Easy things move the 24 pin to the back where the pci-e is maybe get a sata dvd burner for $25 at egg like the other guy said, turn the back fan where you can't see wires... OR This would be a little work meaning take the board out and drill holes in your case running the wires through the case into the gap where the other side of the case comes off then through another hole to where they plug in, some small wires can be hidden behind the board also. If you don't know what I mean look at some of the other cases or if it's to much or your not sure about doing it just do the best you can and be happy. That's all that matters as long as your happy with it

if you want better chipset cooling, i beleive those "Gigabyte" plates over your heatsinks can be removed to get far superior airflow, your wiring cant get much better without cutting a hole in the backwall

I do not really want to do that cause I Would like to sell this board for as much as possible when I get my classified.
But thanks for the suggestion.

Yeah, it's good enough. As long as the wires don't block airflow, it's all just for show anyway. Just make sure the cables aren't blocking your front intakes. That's the important part, not whether your IDE cable is tucked behind your MB.
