Default Need hole pattern for drilling the case

I'm going to make some holes on top of my case. Will use drill so gonna need a guidance pattern for holes. It could be a texture or ordinary image file doesn't matter. I'm gonna print it and place it on the surface and drill according to it.

Something like this would be great but this is too small:

I need something as big as 160mmx140mm. I thought maybe you guys have something like that from your previous drilling works. Thanks in advance.

Wouldn't it be easier to just get some grille mesh?
This is just the first thing I saw on eBay
