Cool MFF? Micro Form Factor?

I am currently working on designing what I like to call a Micro Form Factor Desktop. This is somethng to do in my spare time. Case would be completley custom of course. Here is a list of items I have chosen so far. Any input would be great.

Mobo: Asus AT3N7A-I Motherboard - Intel Atom N330 1.60GHz CPU, NVIDIA ION, VGA, HDMI, Gbit LAN
Hard Drive: Western Digital WD2500BEKT Scorpio Black Mobile Hard Drive - 250GB, 2.5", 7200 rpm, 16MB
RAM: Kingston HyperX PC6400 800MHz 4GB DDR2 Dual Channel Memory-2x2048MB
DVD Drive: Sony AD-7590S-0B Optiarc Internal Slim DVDRW Drive - DVD+R 8X, DVD+RW 8X, DVD-RW 6X, DVD-RAM 5X, CD-R 24X, CD-RW 24X, SATA

Now the MOBO comes with a Power Supply already but I am looking at possibly putting in a Supplemental PSU is need be. I will be adding a cooling fan to help take a bit of heat out of the case:
Cooling Fan: Thermaltake A2426 Cyclo PCI Slot Fan (Blue LED) This of course would be vented out the side.
I will possibly be placing a small 40mm maybe larger Blue LED for a bit more Cold air intake if I can find one.

This all considered its probably going to be either with a large a window(prolly on top-down view) or Completely clear case. I have now quite decided on that yet. This all in mind I want to keep it as smalll as possible without sacrificing airflow.

Now I know that they already produce these desktops, but I still find them to be almost as big as a Shuttle case. Not what I am looking for. I want to go smaller yet. Minimal Footprint is what I am looking for.I will most likeley order all the parts and them work on designing the case for best size and functionality. If I could I would replace that DVD drive with a Slot Feed one. I think it with smooth out the overall look.

Ijust realized that Mobo does not have its own built in PSU. Gonna have to fine a SFF one...great. That changes things a bit.

What about the Zotac Ion 330 (or whatever they call it). It has integrated wireless and a built-in PSU (with external brick)

EDIT: Link to Zotac Ion 330

PicoPSU is external. You could probably get away with the 90 watt version if you needed to.

I looked at the Zoltac and like it but for one thing. No PCI Slot. That would be something that I could eventually get a Vid card for. Maybe...

I am thinking about this PSU:
Diablotek PHD Series 380W Micro ATX Power Supply PHD380M, Supports SATA and PCI-E, with 80mm Fan
It will have all the power I need in a 4.8"Wx2.5"Hx3.8"D unit. It will also be enought to power this video card:
EVGA GeForce 9400 GT Video Card - 1GB DDR2, PCI (Dual Link) Dual DVI, HDTV, VGA, Low Profile

I wonder if I could water cool this thing??? Hmmm

I am looking at the pics of the mobo I want and I think I see that the Heat sink is held on by 6 pins/screw to the mobo. (See pic at link)
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&Sku=A455-2915

If this is the case it should theoretically be possible to have a custom Waterblock made and theres enough room in front of the PSU that I choose to place a resevoir and small radiator. Won't need anything big, after all its a small processor. I am using Paint to sketch up some preliminary case ideas. Will post these up soon.
