Every Mod starts somewhere...Dial Up Browser Beware!
 A very nice grill from MNPCTECH.com which is translucent green--the protective paper is still over it--but you can see what it will look like from the side angle  Which I will put on the Centurion--this is one location I was thinking might be nice.  or maybe here...  Some C channel to trim out the hole so I can mount the grill from behind.  and a cool T shirt...LOL So that's the beginning of the Centurion mod--more to come...

 Raining again--but since I got off of work early I decided to mod the Centurion with the translucent green grill I got from MNPCtech.com  Unfortunately the Centurion has two premodded areas on the side panel--but I just have to ignore the square area of perforations for now. I centered the hole over the Zalman9500 by using tape and measuring.  Here is were C-channel molding comes in handy--hiding the hideous cut from my dull holesaw...lol  The grill could also hold a thin 120mm fan--but I am using it to get a look at that pretty Zalman  Like this...  Drilling holes for the case handles--I ditched the hardware pack in favor of 1/2" by #6 panhead screws. I also made holes for the LEDs. SOrry about the blur.  Fishing the LED leads required taking everything apart...I was under the assumption that they were green...  But they twere the the blue ones..oh well...after getting eveything wonderfully arranged again I think I will just leave them that color...lol  The side panel off and EL wire installed around the perimeter of the flange...very Las Vegas.  The handles are almost too bright--they light the entire room at night.  Love that Zalman9500  Backview in a pitchblack room.  Even without the light show it looks good--now to make those perforations disappear.... Stay tuned.

56K warning...I thought those had become passe here at Overclock.net...LOL May have to add one enyway.
Yeah the handles kinda geeked me out at first--but they are useful--and I won't have to worry about wondering if the PC is on or not...LOL The El wire arounf the perimeter is just to see how that looks throught the grill--looks okay--but I will try a few other things just to see... Thanks for looking!
