Default Close Command prompt after execution
Im working on getting a "shortcut" to work, but to launch the app, other than going directly to it, which kinda defeats the purpose, I have to launch it via command prompt in a shortcut. Example code that I am using...

%windir%\system32\cmd.exe /k xxx.exe

However this does work, the command prompt does not close after it launches what I need it to. Anyone know if an additional argument that I can add to this to launch the app, then close the command prompt?

Ok, I tried it 3 different ways. first was...

%windir%\system32\cmd.exe /k xxx.exe /c
Which didnt really do anything other than the same that it was.

Then I tried

%windir%\system32\cmd.exe /k /c xxx.exe
Which gave me

Quote:
'/c' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Then.. lol

%windir%\system32\cmd.exe /c /k xxx.exe
Which did close it, however did not launch the app.
