Of course, right when I need to download this IDE, the stupid site is down. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to install this POS on linux, and NO ONE bothers to disseminate a tutorial on how to install it on linux. Bah, of course.
Anyone else having this problem?

In the linux version you don't install anything. After you unpack the .tar.gz package, inside the eclipse folder run the script called "eclipse" and it'll start. If you need help creating a quick launch icon for it, just let me know.

I was hoping it took more than that. I get errors when trying to open that file. I check the log and it looks like a java runtime error, though I am not sure.
I installed the latest JRE via the .bin file Sun provides on their site. I just broke down and installed it on my Windows Partition.
