Help with my homework

Hey guys, my goal is to get multiple windows that can individually toggle the color of the contained circle (already completed), but then it must also have a master button which can toggle all of the circles at once.

My code so far is included below. Made with netbeans 5.5

I don't want the solution, but a hint would be nice
