Who knows what kind of extensions these are?

.sfv the rest go from .001 to 087

similar to a .rar extension

the .sfv is the checksum, similar to .par or .par2, the rest just smaller compressed files for easier upload/download of the full thing...extract the .001 file to get at what's inside
