Ok, after some editing, I have come up with the final version of my program, and yes, it has an mla heading option!

i never heard of apa format, but i would have added it, maybe i will in the future.

i basically made this program to get familiar with visual basic, and i liked my idea so i decided to polish it a bit and make it truly functional.
