In all seriousness tho, get your front/home page designed and stick to a layout theme and colour theme throughout the rest of the site. Keeping to those themes will let the links flow into each other

See i should have mentioned, really I'm talking about web servers,what programs do i need the technical side of it, themes, design, content I can manage, how do I get started, buy a domain and host, install some sort of web server, im completely new, just looking for a little inclination if ya know what I mean...

You could take a spare/old machine and install linux or BSD on it and install Apache web server to host your stuff. It would take some times to learn, but worth it in the end if that is something that interest you.
