Have u tried to disable "driver digital signature"? Press F8 during startup and disable.
Does TAT run on non-Intel Chipset motherboards? Edit: or do this to disable: All you have to do is type "cmd" in the Search Box included in the Vista Start menu. Next, press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to open a command prompt window with elevated privileges. Now enter bcdedit /set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS in order to disable Driver Signing and reboot. TAT makes use of a driver to interface with the onboard temperature sensors inside each processor core. Intel is not officially supporting TAT and with that in mind I can't see any revisions being made with x64 drivers anytime in the near future.
