While programing you have to account for the user being as stupid as possible

How about having some way to save the password to the clipboard or a text file or something? It would take a while to write down 263700 characters.

Say, about the user being stupid, look at the inputs!

You should be in QA - that's a bug that I would have filed for sure!

Gotta love boundary testing...

There is currently one way.

After your password is made, click on the bar up top on the command prompt > right click > edit > select all > now everything should be highlighted. Do that again and select Copy. Now open Notepad and paste.

Well all "bugs" are clearly user inflicted. If you would like to incorporate those wonderful "dumb down" features, thats great. I see no need.

I will include and export to file into it if you want.

Very nice!

If I may ask, what kinda of programing knowledge do you need to learn how to make this and other programs? I've seen a lot of programming stuff and it looks hard.

Lol, this is a rather simple program buddy. I do suggest the videos on MSDN as well as the MSDN libraries and videos that can be found on Youtube. (MSDN stands for Micro Soft Developer's Network if you are wondering.) Really programmer is a snap compared to what people might have you believe.

C is considered to be a harder language to learn and master. C and C++ give more control to the programming (which is why many are "scared" of it). I only have 1 semester of programming under me, however I don't think I am an average programmer. I am currently in CS225 (Computer Science II - Java). You can learn this stuff pretty quickly if you work at it. Best way is to get sample code and study it. But you must also understand how C (or whatever language you choose) works.

A good dev program for C and C++ is DevCPP.
