Hello, ok heres the situation:
Basically, im doing a website project at school, but im using Dreamweaver 8 to do it. Now, what I want to do is bring the work home and work on it here, but I have Dreamweaver CS3...What I want to know is, Can I use CS3 to open DW 8 files? Thanks in advance, will be a big help ![]()

i don`t think so.because dreamweaver 8 saves the files in .html format and CS3 is using another format.find what is the type of file from CS3 when you save it and then try to save the dreamweaver 8 files with that format.

Any version of Dreamweaver should handle HTML files fine as the purpose of the program is to create webpages.
There maybe other differences though, for example the version we have at college doesnt support iFrames whereas my version at home does.
