Default Computer Organization and Assembly Language CIRCUIT HELP

I'm not sure if this belongs here or in school help but I kind of need help quickly so I put it here as well.

Okay so I'm taking this class as part of my BSCS and we're doing circuits and such. I have a test tomorrow and I don't quite understand how to do two things that will probably be on the test.

1. I need to combine 2 8-bit Priority Encoders into a 16-bit Priority Encoder using what's in the picture/s(and multiplexors and NAND gates and such) into a block diagram form(like the first picture).

2. I need to combine 4 8-bit Priority Encoders into a 32-bit Priority Encoder using that's in the picture/s(and multiplexors and NAND gates and such) into a block diagram form(like the first picture).

This picture is the block diagram for an 8-bit Priority Encoder. I also included my work on how I figured it out.

This next picture is the 8-bit Priority Encoder made with circuits in a program(a TERRIBLE program) we use called EasySim.

Also, not to be a jerk but please refrain from posting if you have no idea what's going on. Thanks.
