Hmm, no matter what I do, the rig won't boot up with more than 2 cards on it. I have tried putting the cards in different slots, I have also tried all 4 cards. It just won't boot up if I have more that 2 cards on it. Looks like a RMA may be in order.

I presume you've tried a different PSU and a BIOS update

I can't see the BIOS update helping much but it may be worth a try, RMAs are a pain
