All you need is a PCIe slot - you're not SLI-ing anything just hook'n them up!

How do you fold with 4 GPUs if you only have 1 Mobo?

It's actually really simple. You run 4 different folding instances. One for each card. It takes alittle time to do the configuring, but once you get your head around it, it's not too bad.
