Just curious, why HDDs and not jump-drives to boot off of? I know both options are cheap (and old HDD laying around are free), but you shouldn't need much more than 4GB to boot a folding machine (8GB for Vista).
I second the sexy setup!

Guess we can expect to see daily PDD to double in a day or two once it gets going. I take it Rig #2 is 4x 8800GS too? Might have to step it up to a beefier PSU and 9800GTs next time, 8800GS are getting harder to find, and I remember them being much more impressive than 3k~ PPD
