Probably not, I don't think you would get much PPD with those processors, and the rarity/cost of AGP/PCI folding cards would make it difficult to use them for GPU machines either. Thanks for the thought though

only able to adopt full rigs for now, as my first folding rocketfish tower is now MAX'd out with 3 (one more pending) 9800GTx+ Superclocked

so whoever needs a place for a rig, im there. ambients are below 75 @ all times. mobo trays and such are available and shipping will be split 50/50!

Okay im not exactly sure how this works.... But ima take a shot at this..... Im new to folding and currently running 1 24/7 rig (sig).... Im running smp and 1 GPU2 I am willing to run additional GPU in my rig 24/7. If anyone has any Video cards (ATI 4800 series Preferred) there not using that I can adopt ill put them to good work. Shipping ect negotiable.. I know im new to the forums but i'm honest.

I have a 3800 X2 That needs a motherboard to start folding 24/7 on. I don't have the funds to get one in the immediate future as my a8 died. So either i can donate it or if someone would like to donate a mb. Either way.

I can take cards or rigs. I've set up a small office for f@h in my machine shop(doubles as my server/network equip room), so the electricity is negligible. I'm working on getting some rigs together. If cards come my way, I guarantee they will be in a computer folding 24*7 in 5 business days(in case I have to buy another folding rig).

I can adopt anything. Component, full rig or card(s). I'll give you the PPD, and ask for nothing in return. I just want to see more PPD for the Fold. I have an office that I am using for folding. My electricity bill is mostly written off, as it's at a shop that uses a bunch.

I will have 4 PCI-E double size slots open for cards starting Thursday.
My Rig's are kept in 75*F max temps and cleaned out when needed. My 8800's never see over 60*c on 511's. Other then some recent issues that have been fixed my rig's fold 24/7.

currently have a 750w corsair with a single 8800gts ssc on a evga 680i. so i have 2 spare pci-e slots?

cpu temp is 35-40 and gpu temp is ~55. ambient temp is 75 despite my location in the middle of the desert. temperature is not a factor, and would be willing to start folding for the first time.
