Wanted: Cheap PCIe video card

Guys, I need a dirt cheap PCIe video card. Preferably with two video outs.... I don't car if it's dual DVI or DVI+VGA.

Did I mention I need it dirt cheap? This is just for a quickie build with no gaming power needed.
