So I just list it as sold when I decide to remove it and eBay it, even though it technically isn't sold?

For items that go to eBay, get sold locally, or otherwise don't go to OCN members, please do remove them. The purpose of keeping sold items is to keep our feedback system meaningful. If you get a dozen trader ratings for a big sale thread and no items are listed because they were removed as they sold, the feedback looks very suspicious. If, however, you have a dozen items marked as sold, potential buyers in the future can see a clear record of your prior sales.
