Hi guys. I selling off POISON to help pay for an extravagant rig I just purchased parts for.

THe Raptor X is about 6 Months old or so and was purchased new from NewEgg.

One time when I was fishing some wires int he case I got clumsy and managed to break the SATA connector on the drive.

Trust me I was Crushed. I had wanted one of these drives for a LOOOOOONG time and when I finally got one I broke it in the first week

Anyway. The story is that I have been using the drive for months and moths like this...as long as you do not wiggle the cable around it works great.





However I am not sure if this is something WD will replace...and have not pursued it (it works, right?)

So this is a chance to have a working/yet broken Raptor X for only $100 Shipped.

And if you are lucky WD might even replace it....I juist never tried.

Doesn't it make you wanna puke I fiddled with the cable and got it run and just tried to forget I did it. You cannot see that it is damaged...it is just one of those things that you live with....

you should contact WD and see if they will replace it. then the new owner will know if they will or not

You might have to butter the person you call up first lol.

Out of curiosity, how exactally is it broken? I've broken pins off IDE drives and glued them back on before fine, maybe something simillar could be done here.
