Default For Sale: Acer AL2223W 22" Widescreen

So I bought a new Gateway HD2200 because I wanted component, and so I don't need this monitor anymore.

Specs:

Contrast Ratio: 800:1
Response Time: 5ms
Resolution: 1680x1050
Outputs: DVI/VGA

Price: Sold

Includes:

I have the VGA cable, the power cord, somewhere I have the paperwork (manuals and whatnot) to it, and I also have the warranty info from BB, I think it still has a year and a half left on the service plan. Probably don't need it, but if it's useful to you, you might want it just in case. DVI cable not included. Also comes in original box, of course.

Well, I'll say that I'm in the market for a 22" but first I'm going to look at the prices on Samsungs at Fry's when I head into Austin tonight. I may end up being interested in this. Can you tell me about it as compared to other 22" LCDs such as the 226BW? How does it stand up compared to that one?

Does it have any stuck/dead pixels or any other issues at all?

I'm considering the Samsung 2253LW but on the other hand this one could save me $100

No dead pixels as far as I can see, and I think the 226BW has a better panel in it (if you get the C panel or whatever, that's made by samsung...sometimes you'll get the other one that's not as good) But other than that I don't know much about Samsung displays.

It's pending right now though, so keep an eye on it and if it doesn't go through with this person then I'll let you know

Thanks for the info. I ended up coming across a good online deal for 226BW and ordered it tonight. Hope that your pending deal goes through.

I have this monitor for about a year and I've been very happy with it, not a single dead pixel yet either
No, it don't rotate, about its only drawback.
