To get the EAR, you have to be the original purchaser with the receipt, and you have to register right after you purchase the card.

Yes, it is already enrolled in EAR. About the original purchaser thingy, I can change name/address @ the EVGA website, and I can change name/address.

I have went through other RMA's with different name on the reciept, they did not care. They use the receipt as to check for the date of purchase, the price one paid, and such.
