With your current rig i am higly doubting it, the gpu itself takes 421 watts load at stock. Leaving you with 229 watts at max for the rest of your system. Here is Proof. If your not sure how much your current power consumption is without your gpu try the Extreme Power Calculator.

Btw one heck of a deal here, i'd buy it myself i had the money for it (and a new psu).

It comes up with 604W at 100% TDP, 100% peak load. That's with my CPU at 4GHz and the card at 800/3600.

Whats the minimum PSU? I hear people have good results sometimes with 500W (not usually enough) but also people that can't run it with 700W (probably apevia or w/e it is)
