I have a few (Qty. 2) Maximus II Formula (OEM), still in their unopened OEM packaging. Right now the going price for a Retail set is $225 on Newegg.

They are refurbished though Asus. As described in the first post they are OEM, meaning they do not include an accessories other than the board. I purchased 20 originally, I have 4 left. They include the warranty though Asus. I RMAed 1 of them without issues.
