Probably...Is it skt 478? If so, it should, but I don't have much experience with 478 systems.

If it is a P4A then it is 400fsb if it is a P4C then it is 800fsb, if it is a C then I doubt it would work if the board only supports
400. Are you sure your board is 400 only? it would have to be pretty old.
