yes it will. but you'll have to use the original mounts which are shipped with it. the pro-mount pictured, only works for the socket 775 boards.

i should get paid for my side job mon-or tues, if i do and you still have it i will take it.. trying to get back into W/C, slowly but surely.

EDIT:wish i had enough for pump to, but maybe i will get some more side jobs going.
