Acrylic cases provide no EM shielding at all, while the usual aluminium cases provide a bit... its not usually a problem, computers arn't that sensetive. But if you are in a particually noisy enviroment or are working with professional-grade audio, you might need to give that some consideration.

still expensive I would say but it is a larger case with some options to customize a little bit
