Sorry...I'm a little clueless.

each of the four fans has its own 3-speed fan controller that hangs about 6-8 inches from the fan. You'll have to open the case to change the speed. BTW, the 200 mm fan on top has a max speed of 800 rpm... so it's very quiet.

I'm probably just gonna run the fans on low most of the time...but if I'm running Supreme Commander I'm gonna want to turn them up...**** opening the case.

Low speed still has great air flow... This case droped my temps by 8C.
__________________My Seasonic M12 500 Work terrific as I don't need to have extra cable I don't use in the case. I've never turned em passed Low you could adjust the airflow and Noise by using a combination of speeds on the 4 different fans.

You really don't need it turned all the way up. I keep all of the 120s on low and the 200mm on high and its fine. The fan speed difference is negligible.

Thanks...I'll probably just do that.

Damn near ambient. It doesn't really matter anyway, since my system is totally different from yours and your temperature depends on the ambient temperature of the room...
