Why are you not Folding?

This is tougher than I thought. I was trying to take the case apart last night, but it is held together by a combination star screw/rivet head. It looks like I have to DRILL off about 50 heads to get started. I need to get to the current mobo holder (which is also the other side of the case) to drill/place holes that line up with a 680 mobo.

man that sucks.
I had the same problem the other day transplanting a dell to an Antec case, had to drill out the D(H)ELL STANDARD MOBO HOLES. I can't wait to see how this turns out, good luck. I wanna mod a G5 case too!

No you dont have to drill the heads out!
Use a torq 10 or 8 bit. I can verify tonight which one it is when I get home. As far as getting the mobo standoffs off, just get a big pair of channel locks and they will snap right out. Dont worry as none of the line up with a PC mobo.

Okay it is a torx #8 bit and you will also need a small allen wrench, cant remember the size but pretty sure it was a metric.

It was way too expensive for me to commit to, though. Sorry for bein LATE.

It is not called "Star" It is called a Phillips head. It looks like this : +
Black is where it is at dude. Silver IMHO is boring....you need to spice it up a bit! BTW where did you get this case?
